L’obra: Solo un beso

Aquest mural s’emmarca dins del mes de l’orgull, i reivindica la llibertat d’estimar i ser estimat, independentment del sexe i del gènere d’una persona. L’obra “Solo un beso” representa a dues dones caient al buit que s’intenten besar, denunciant la persecució que sofreixen dia a dia les persones del col·lectiu LGTBI. L’artista ha volgut reflectir la injustícia que viuen les persones homosexuals en certs països: detencions, segrestos, extorsions i assassinats. Afortunadament, expressa que en ciutats com Barcelona la situació no és tan greu, però deixa clar que no hem d’oblidar-la, perquè avui dia continua molestant un petó entre dues persones del mateix gènere. Així, el mural defensa la llibertat d’estimar i besar, per a totes les persones.

L’artista

Mr.Sis és il·lustrador de professió, però també treballa en altres disciplines artístiques com el teatre i la dansa. “Sis” ve de Siscu i “MR” són les inicials dels seus cognoms. Va néixer i resideix a Barcelona, però sempre està amb ganes de sortir anés a conèixer món i crear. Cada vegada més atret per la pintura i el mural, l’artista es troba en una contínua cerca de nous suports i tècniques per a aprendre i millorar cada dia. Més enllà de la perfecció, considera essencial permetre’s a un mateix equivocar-se per a crear d’una manera relaxada, gaudint del resultat com del procés creatiu.
